3. Customer Data
You retain ownership of customer data you upload to ShopHawk. You grant us the limited right to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide the Service to you.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Send unsolicited messages or spam
- Violate the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or other applicable laws
- Harvest or misuse customer data
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service
5. SMS Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages through ShopHawk's platform, you agree to receive automated text messages related to your service appointments, shop communications, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP. For questions, contact fly@shophawk.io.
You represent that you have obtained all required consent before sending SMS messages to your customers through ShopHawk and that you will maintain opt-in and opt-out records as required by law.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopHawk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
