Full Car, Front 2, Back 2, Back 4, named the way you name it. You set the name, the price and the expected duration once.
By service
Window tint shop software built around your price list.
Tint is priced by the variation, not by the panel. A shop that only does tint already has its price list. Full Car, Front 2, Back 2, Back 4. ShopHawk puts one of those on the work order as a single line, then records the shade you fitted on every panel underneath it.
Two shops both say “full car” and charge differently. Naming the variation yourself means the price is yours, the same on Saturday as on Tuesday, and a new technician cannot add it up wrong. Tap Full Car and the work order takes $289 with it. ShopHawk never sets it.
This variation
A shop’s own price, not a calculated one. The technician taps the variation and the work order takes $289 with it.
Brand
The technician picks the variation and all three come with it. No per-panel arithmetic for a new technician to get wrong on a busy Saturday.

Window shades
Eleven panels, eight shades, one record.
The variation says what the client pays. The shade table says what you actually fitted, panel by panel.
Eleven panels. Click one to jump to its shade.
Shades:Windshield 70% · Front Win. 70% · Front Doors 35% · Sunroof 5% · Panoramic 5% · Rear Row 20% · Rear Win. 20%
All eleven rows are always on the table. ShopHawk never guesses what glass a vehicle has, so you fill in the panels this one actually carries and leave the rest blank. The work order prints only the rows you filled in.
The variation sets what the client pays. Underneath it, every panel gets its own shade from the eight on offer: 5, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 50 and 70.
Matching front doors fold into one Front Doors row. Rear Row folds the same way, but only when all four of its windows match. Change one and it gets its own row back.
A strip and retint then sits on the record as a strip and retint, not a fresh install that took two extra hours.
After the job
The part that matters three years later.
What you fitted, which roll it came off, and what you promised. All on the job, not in somebody’s head.

One row per panel or per group, exactly as entered, plus a single summary line on the job screen for anyone who opens it.
When the appointment is done, the warranty line takes its term from the product you used. The roll it was cut from is on the record by Roll ID.
The fault is filed as Manufacturer Fault, Customer Fault, Shop Fault or Other. That is the part that decides who pays.
Brand
Ten brands in the list from day one.
The brand goes on the work order beside the shades, so the record says whose film is on the glass. The ten below are what a new shop starts with, and the list is yours to edit.
- 3M
- XPEL
- SunTek
- Llumar
- Ceramic Pro
- KAVACA
- Global Window Films
- Johnson Window Films
- Huper Optik
- Madico
The brand sits beside the shades. Pick it on the work order and it prints with every panel, so the record says whose film is on the glass.
