Program Name: ShopHawk SMS Communications
Who sends these messages: ShopHawk enables automotive service shops to send SMS messages to their customers through our platform. Messages are sent on behalf of the shop you are engaging with, not by ShopHawk directly.
How you opt in: You may receive SMS messages from a shop using ShopHawk if you opted in through one of the following:
- Submitting a lead, booking, or contact form on a ShopHawk-powered website that included the disclosure: "By submitting this form, you agree to receive text messages from this shop via ShopHawk. Msg&Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
- Providing your phone number during an in-store or phone intake process with verbal or written consent recorded by shop staff
- Texting SUBSCRIBE to the shop's assigned number
Message types: Appointment confirmations, job status updates, invoice notifications, payment receipts, follow-ups, and service-related communications.
Message frequency: Varies by shop activity and your engagement with the shop.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
